El Clasico – Copa del Rey: Barcelona 1-3 Real Madrid (Real win 4-2 on agg)

Real Madrid became eligible to compete in the 2013 Copa del Rey Final with a dramatic 3-1 victory over La Liga titans FC Barcelona at Camp Nou in the second leg of their last-four clash today.

Real Madrid superstar striker, Cristiano Ronaldo inspired his squad with a 1-1 home draw to overcome from the first leg by scoring two goals.

Real boss Jose Mourinho looked on joyfully as his team frustrated the Catalans and stopped Lionel Messi from scoring.

CR7 opened the scoring from the penalty spot at 12 minutes, becoming the first player to score in six successive Clasicos away from home - and scored again in the second half.

Raphael Varane headed home a corner for Los Blancos. And Barca's Jordi Alba scored a late goal.

Real Madrid now await either Sevilla or Atletico Madrid in the Copa del Rey Final on May 18th.
