Chelsea v Manchester United - Capital One Cup Wednesday, Oct 31

Chelsea was beaten for the first time in the 2012-13 Premier League season as Man United earbed a 3-2 victory over The Blues at Stamford Bridge.

After being humiliated by the Red Devils, Chelsea will be up for their Capital One match on Wednesday night.

Two of Chelsea's star players missed the match - John Terry was out for his second match in a four-game FA suspension and Frank Lampard was out with an injury.

Luck was with United as Robin van Persie’s early shot scored the match's first goal after three minutes. Van Persie scored again at 12 minutes.

In controversial game-changing calls by the referees, Ivanovic received a red card for a foul on Ashley Young at 63 minutes and Spaniard Fernando Torres received a red for simulation.

With only nine men, Chelsea could not score another goal, nor prevent Man United from scoring.

In the 75th minute, Chicharito scored the winning goal. Referee Clattenburg and his officials failed to flag "Little Pea" who was in an offside position when he scored.
