Paris Saint-Germain striker Zlatan Ibrahimovic could add another title to his collection after being nominated for the August prize award thanks to his autobiography co-written with the Swedish journalist David Lagercrantz.

The winner of Sweden's most prestigious literature prize, the August prize, will be announced on November 26. The jury, have dubbed the book "a sensitive and bitter description plunging the reader from the stands to the pitch and to Zlatan's world."

The book, entitled "I, Zlatan", tells of the hard childhood Ibrahimovic, 31, had in a poor neighbourhood of Malmö, before charting his rise to become a top player for Juventus and both Milan clubs AC and Inter, as well as his controversial stint with Barcelona.

"Zlatan is a tough guy. He describes himself as a warrior," Lagercrantz told 10 Sport. "It is true that it is hard to have him as a team-mate. Zlatan needs to be nasty to be at the maximum. He told me he plays best when he's like that. His team-mates need to learn that from him, they must understand. This is a very complex character. When it is known, he is a great guy. He likes to laugh."

Released in November 2011, the autobiography has been very successful, selling over half a million copies.

Paris St Germaine is on top of French League 1 this season, followed by Toulouse, Marseille and Lyon.

Ibra (Paris St Germaine) is the top goal-scorer in French Ligue 1 this season with 10 goals to date, followed by Wissam Ben Yedder (Tolouse) with 7 goals and Pierre Emerick Aubameyang (Saint Etienne) with 6 goals.
