Champions League - AC Milan v Barcelona FC

Messi has scored just one goal in his seven meetings this season against Italian opponents in the Champions League - from the penalty spot against AC Milan in the group stage.Tomorrow's Champions League quarter-final first leg match in Milan between top tier Barcelona FC and AC Milan will provide a venue for a mouth-watering clash of titans Lionel Messi and Zlatan Ibrahimovic. Tickets are still available:

Many consider Lionel Messi to be the number one goal-scorer/soccer player in the world and Zlatan Ibrahimovic number two.

Fans, players and club managers are excited and up for the match.

"Tuesday will be a very difficult battle, we will go for it. We don't need extra stimulus for this one. We need to perform at our very best. This is Barcelona’s best spell of the season, and we have to play a technically good game while looking for quick counter attacks. It will be important to know when to attack and defend, and we have to divide the match into two or three periods with different strategies," said AC Milan manager, Massimiliano Allegri.

AC Milan's superstar striker, Zlatan Ibrahimovic is the top goal-scorer in Sierie A. Ibra has scored five goals and delivered three assists in his seven Champions League appearances this season. Ibrahimovic has been caught offside more often than any other player in the competition this campaign.

Milan defender Alessandro Nesta may return to the field at the Nou Camp after an injury, along with Clarence Seedorf. Goalkeeper Christian Abbiati is travelling despite a minor injury but forward Antonio Cassano, centre-back Thiago Silva and midfielders Mark van Bommel and Gennaro Gattuso are out. Brazil forward Alexandre Pato may return again after a visit to a back specialist in the United States.

In their trip to the Camp Nou earlier this season, AC Milan became only the third team in the Champions League era to score both in the first and 90th minute of a game.

AC Milan are winless in their last six European encounters against Barcelona.

Defending champs Barcelona are without defender Eric Abidal. Cesc Fabregas and Xavi probably will not start.

"It is the most important match of the year and at the same time the most beautiful one. Athletic Bilbao (who Bara beat 2-0 at the weekend) don't defend, they come at you. It's completely different from Milan, it's like night and day," said Barca Manager Pep Guardiola.

Do not miss this exciting match!
