Arsenal Update

Arsene Wenger

Arsenal manager, Arsene Wenger, is still unsure about the future of his squad’s key duo, Cesc Fabregas and Samir Nasri.

However he is sure about Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain.

Arsenal recently signed Southampton teenage star, Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain, for£15 million.

Eighteen-year-old Oxlade-Chamberlain was happy to complete his dream move to the Gunners.

‘I’m so excited to be joining Arsenal. It’s a fantastic club and I’m looking forward to the opportunity of playing at the highest level’.

‘Arsenal have a great manager in Arsene Wenger, top quality players and an attractive style of play. These were all important factors in me choosing to sign for Arsenal,” added Oxlade-Chamberlain.

Some fans are concerned that Arsenal paid too much for a player who has no experience of playing top of the Premier League football.

Arsenal boss, Arsene Wenger expressed his excitment over the signing.

‘We are delighted. He is an exciting young player who will provide us with creativity and offensive quality,” said Wenger.
