King Kenny Proud of Fernando Torres' Comeback

"Nando" Fernando Torres

King Kenny is proud that El Nino, Torres, is returning to his brilliant best.

Torres fired a brace in the Reds’ 3-0 defeat of the Wolves over the weekend.

New Liverpool boss Kenny Dalglish expects move improvement in Spanish World Cup-winner Torres.

“I hope his best is yet to come. When you are not doing well as a club, it isn’t easy for individuals but Fernando is doing better,” said Dalglish.

“Since I have come in here, he has been nothing short of fantastic because of the way he has applied himself in training and on the pitch.

“He worked tirelessly up front to help us as well as score two goals.”

Striker, Fernando José Torres Sanz, nicknamed El Niño (The Kid in Spanish), is a Spanish footballer who plays for Liverpool and the Spain National team.
