2011 UEFA Champions League Final

The 2011 UEFA Champions League Final will be the final match of the 2010-11 UEFA Champions League the 56th season of the UEFA Champions League football tournament, and the 19th in the Champions League era. The match will be played on 28 May 2011 at the new Wembley Stadium in London, England.This will be the first UCL Final under the current Champions League format to be held in the new Wembley and the sixth overall in London, the most in European football history. The original Wembley Stadium, on whose grounds the new stadium was built, hosted the European Cup Finals in 1963, 1968, 1971, 1978 and 1992. The winners will play against the winners of the 2011 UEFA Europa League Final in the 2011 UEFA Super Cup in Monaco in August of 2011, and also enter into the semi-final round of the 2011 FIFA Club World Cup in December of that year.
