Lionel Messi, FC Barcelona
Barcelona's Copa del Rey Quarterfinal v Malaga
Fresh off his latest Ballon d'Or win less than two weeks ago, Lionel Messi posed with all four of his golden ball trophies before kickoff of Barcelona's Copa del Rey quarterfinal match against Málaga on Wednesday.
Messi offered his 4th Ballon d'Or to his fans in the audience prior to the Copa del Rey Quarter Final match at Camp Nou on January 16, 2013 in Barcelona, Spain.
Messi wanted to "share his awards with the Barça fans."
The match ended in a 2-2 draw at Camp Nou as Barca overturned a 1-0 deficit to take a 2-1 lead, only for Málaga to equalize late on despite being a man down.
Messi scored.
"In the first half we played well. We could have scored more goals but it wasn’t meant to be," said Barcelona defender Carles Puyol. "Now we have to go there and win.”
Javier Mascherano added: “We shouldn’t go crazy about this, rather we just need to go to Málaga and win the game. This team has shown that it can win in any stadium."
The Malaga v FC Barcelona second leg is scheduled for Jan. 23 at Málaga's La Rosaleda.

Stephen Gerrard, FC Liverpool
Premier League: Manchester United v Liverpool Tickets
On Sunday, arch rivals Manchester United and FC Liverpool will clash at Old Trafford.
Liverpool's captain, Steven Gerrard, believes he is fit and in top form for the match.
Gerard has played in every one of Liverpool's 21 Premiership fixtures this season. He has 600 matches to his credit to date.
"I've had mixed experiences this season," said Gerrard. "I've passed some unbelievable landmarks for club and country, getting to the 600-games mark and winning my 100th cap for England.
"But with the slow start we made and being where we have in the league it's been a bit mixed for me, continued Gerrard.
"There's my form as well. I've played well in some games but I've been disappointed with myself in others and I'm not happy with my goal tally at the moment.
"People's opinions, perceptions and the way they judge you changes when you get a goal.
"I think my performances are getting closer to where I want them to be so if I can add goals to those performances then maybe people will start saying the old Steven Gerrard is back."

Sir Alex Ferguson, Manager Manchester United
Manchester United Update
Manchester United's legendary manager, Sir Alex Ferguson, has reminded his men not to make the same mistakes as last year as United opened 2013 with a emphatic 4-0 victory against Wigan Athletic.
United remain are seven points clear on the top of the Barclays Premier League, but they are well aware to be careful - with still potent memories that Manchester City overtook the Reds from further back late into the 2011-2012 race to take the title.
"Over the years, December has been a good month for us," said Fergie. "There's 17 games left and we have a seven-point lead. It's not what I would say is a healthy lead but it is a lead and it gives us something to kick on with.
"We just don't want to make the mistakes we did last year."
"It's a very good result here," he enthused. "If you look at their home record, they're a very difficult team to play against. I thought it was a slow start to the game and we took a bit of time to get going but, once we started to get those corner-kicks, with Robin whipping them in, it was keeping them under pressure.
"After getting the first goal, the good thing about the team is they chased a second one immediately. 2-0 at half time was a good scoreline for us. There were one or two bits and pieces towards the end of the game but you have got to give credit to Wigan.
Great Manchester United tickets are available online for all 2013 fixtures.
