England v Denmark - Friendly at Wembley Stadium
Denmark will be the first visitors to Wembley in 2014 when they clash with the England National Team.
England will take on Denmark on Wednesday 5 March, as part of the agreement that saw the Three Lions travel to Copenhagen in February 2011. Goals from Ashley Young and Darren Bent secured a 2-1 victory in the Parken Stadium in that match.
Overall England have the better record of the two sides, with eleven wins from 18 meetings, including a World Cup second round match in Japan eleven years ago.
The meeting will be Roy Hodgson’s first game of 2014, and his final chance to evaluate his England side before naming his provisional World Cup squad in May.
The match will be Denmark’s first trip to the new Wembley Stadium.
