Carlos Tevez Apologizes to Manchester City
Carlos Tevez has apologized for gross misconduct after Manchester City took a firm line over his potential sale resulting from a five-month feud that cost him close to 10 million pounds ($17 million),
After AC Milan,
Inter Milan and Paris St Germain all expressed interest in signing Tevez - City refused to sell below their valuation, believed to be around £25million, or consider loaning him out.
Carlos Tevez has issued an apology to Manchester City for his conduct putting an end to the ongoing conflict saga with manager Roberto Mancini.
Tevez has been missing from the Premier League top tier team, Manchester City, since November. The 28-year-old returned to the club last week , following a self-imposed, three-month exile in Argentina.
"I wish to apologise sincerely and unreservedly to everybody I have let down and to whom my actions have caused offence," Tevez said.
"My wish is to concentrate on playing football for Manchester City Football Club," he added.
Tevez has been out of action since City boss Roberto Mancini alleged the striker refused to come on as a substitute during City's 2-0 defeat by Bayern Munich in a Champions League clash in September,
After the incident, Mancini claimed the Argentine striker was "finished" at City. Tevez claimed there had been a misunderstanding.

Kenny Dalglish, Liverpool FC Manager
Kenny Dalglish Looking For Carling Cup Final Win
A Carling Cup Final victory is within grasp of The Reds this weekend at Wembley on Sunday as Liverpool FC take on Cardiff City after defeating rivals Chelsea FC and Manchester City en route.
Dalglish plans to treat the Bluebirds with respect when the sides face off this weekend.
Dalglish commented on Liverpool's chances.
"I don't think it's regained the credibility from years gone back," he said.
"I think we've treated it with respect. I think the teams that haven't treated it with respect are few and far between.
He added: "I think everybody that's involved with the football club will take great satisfaction but it's not a foregone conclusion and we should not be getting our minds set that it is going to be like that.
"We'll go there and playing a team who's achieved every thing as much as we have in getting to the final so we'll treat them with the utmost respect as we have done with everybody that we've played against.
"We're going to the final but it's not as if there's no one there who's going to try and win it. Hopefully Cardiff have a great expectation to win it as well.
"It's going to be difficult for us but just the fact that we've got there I think is an achievement and once we get there, obviously we'd rather win the match than lose."

Andy Carroll, Liverpool FC
Andy Carroll is feeling fit and confident for the upcoming Carling Cup Final match against Cardiff. Carroll has scored two goals in four matches, three since the turn of the year.
Liverpool FC striker Andy Carroll believes he will justify his £35 million transfer fee after a Man of the Match performance last weekend. Carroll played his best game to date for Liverpool in the 6-1 FA Cup defeat of Brighton, scoring the third goal – as the twenty-three year old striker begins to hit form after recovering from injury.
“I feel like I am doing well. I have just started scoring goals and I am doing well in games. I think it has all come together,” said Carroll.
“Without a doubt and I think it shows in my performances – getting around the pitch a bit more, getting involved. I am happy, more confident and things are going all right.
“The whole team played well and I was delighted to get a goal and obviously so for Luis as well.”
Next weekend, Liverpool play in the Carling Cup Final.
“It is a massive game and I think all the lads are looking forward to it. Hopefully we can get the win,” he said. “I have never been to a cup final. That is all I am looking forward to, getting there. It is a great feeling and hopefully we can win it.
“We have got a massive squad and everyone can play a part in it. We are such a good team that you could pick anyone.
“You have just got to work hard. The manager picks the team at the end of the day. If we can get the trophy it would be great.”
Carroll, the most expensive British player in history, transferred from Newcastle last January.
Sunday’s win over Championship visitors Brighton was the first time Carroll, Steven Gerrard and Luis Suarez had started a match together.
